Chat and HELP section
You can request assistance via chat using the HELP icon at the bottom right of every page.
The HELP service provides two levels of assistance.
The first allows you to get answers to your questions independently through the FAQs, the second allows you to chat with a specialized operator, available from Monday to Friday, from 8.00 AM to 1.00 PM (EST). If you contact our team outside these hours, they will receive your message in the form of an email and will get back to you as soon as possible.
